Ovo poglavlje je sastavni dio knjige pod naslovom: “Teorija odnosa s javnostima II”, grupe autora Carla Botana sa George Mason Univerziteta i Vincenta Hazletona sa Radford Univerziteta, izdavača Lawrence Erlbaum Associates, London i Mahawah (New Jersey), 2006. god. Odabir za prijevod Poglavlja 5 proistekao je iz posebno izraženog interesa stručnjaka komunikologije.
