Poezija (Čemerike, 1979, Uznesenje, 1985, Od Rima do Kapue, 1989, Ručak s Poncijem, 1994, Prizori s podnog mozaika,1997, Božja televizija, 2001, Vrijeme vrtnih strašila, 2004, Različite ljubavi, 2006) Jozefine Dautbegović u kontekstu suvremenog bosanskohercegovačkog stvaralaštva raskida sa modernističkim poetičkim modelom artikulirajući etički i antropološki angažiran direktan pjesnički iskaz zacrtan u ispisu traume rata i postratnog,tranzicijskog beznađa. Hermetične, socijalnorealistične stihove iz prvih zbirki, zamijenila je pjesma otvorenog poetskog govora u kojoj ratna drama postaje dramom uma, emocije, metafizike, ali i dramom tijela u koje je ubilježen ratni haos.
