U ovom radu izučavamo neke operatore tipa Šturm-Liuvila sa kašnjenjem, konstrukciju rješenja jednačine metodom sukcesivnih aproksimacija, formiranje karakteristične funkcije operatora kao i asimptotsko ponašanje karakteristične funkcije.
